    Access to and use of this Website is provided by Bupa HI Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 19 129 951 855) and its related bodies corporate ("Bupa ", "We", "Us" and "Our") on the following Terms.

    We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Website and any content available on or accessible from this Website ("Content") at any time by posting these changes online. If you access this Website after changes are posted, you are taken to have accepted such changes. These Terms were last updated on 09 August 2024.

    1. Customer Immersion Expo Website

    Bupa provides the platform (via the Website) which enables you to view content in relation to the Customer Immersion Expo, attend live virtual video events, enter competitions and participate in surveys and quizzes.

    Use of our website is at your risk.     3. Customer Immersion Expo Website Access

    3.1. Accessing the Website

    Bupa makes the Website available to its employees by providing access details (namely, a weblink, QR code and password).

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access details provided to you and you must not provide them to any third party.

    3.2. Identity

    When you access the Website, you warrant that you are authorised to do so.

    Bupa assumes you are an authorised user when you sign into the Website with the access details provided to you, and accepts no responsibility for access to, participation in activities or registration for events submitted via, the Website in circumstances where unauthorised access has been gained. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to the Website, you must notify us immediately on 04 0844 8535.

    You acknowledge that outages and downtime may occur in relation to the Website, including during any Website system maintenance (whether scheduled or otherwise}. We make no representation about the availability of the Website.   • Find our shooting stars to reach our Full Potential Bupaverse Virtual Event Competition Terms and Conditions

    1. Information on how to enter and all prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. The promoter is Bupa HI Holdings Pty Ltd ABN 19 129 951 855 of 33 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (the Promoter) and their related entities across Australia and New Zealand (Bupa).

    3. Entry is open to Bupa APAC and BGUK employees who participate in the ‘Find our shooting stars to reach our Full Potential’ Competition and the Live Webinar Event Competition on the Bupa Customer Immersion Expo website (Website). People who enter the competition are “Entrants.”

    4. The competition commences at 9am (AEST) on 14 October 2024 and closes at 5pm (AEST) 25 October 2024 (Promotional Period). There will be nineteen (19) prize winners for the Promotional Period.

    5. There are two separate competitions:

    Find the shooting stars to reach our Full Potential Competition: To enter this competition, Entrants must explore the Website and find ten (10) shooting stars to reach our Full Potential, during the Promotional Period. Entrants must submit a form on the Website with the ten (10) things they’ve found, during the Promotional Period. Entrants must find the required number of things to be eligible with a chance to win. Only Entrants who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions can win. 

    Live Webinar Event Competition: To enter this competition, Entrants must attend a live webinar event (Live Event), during the Promotional Period. The more Live Events Entrants attend, the more chances they have to win. One entry per person, per Live Event attended.

    6. 1. The Promoter may (acting reasonably) at any time verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and disqualify any Entrant who is ineligible, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    7. PRIZE DRAW: Prize draw will take place at 33 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 on 30 October 2024 at 3pm (AEST). The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Nikki Aland (Head of Enterprise Connection & Engagement, C&TO) will select the winner (s).

    8. 1. There are fifteen (19) prizes to be given away. The first to ninteenth valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period will win one of the following prizes (values of prizes are detailed in the table).  If a prize winner is not eligible for the annual leave day, they will be allocated the next prize down as indicated in the table below. Prizes may be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

    Prize Details (APAC & BGUK) employees and Allocation:

    15 x $100 Prezzee gift cards (or alternative gift card for HK and BGUK employees to the value of $100 AUD in the local currency)

    If the winner is from Australia and New Zealand, they will win a Prezzee Gift Card valued at AUD $100 (including GST). The use of the Prezzee gift cards are governed by Prezzee’s terms and conditions which can be found at Prezzee AU | Digital Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers Online.  If the winner is from Hong Kong or UK, they will win a prepaid gift card valued at AUD $100 (including GST).

    9. The total value of the prize pool is AUD $2,490 inclusive of GST plus value of two (2) annual leave days which is dependent on the winners’ salary, and is valued as at 30 October 2024. Each prize, including any portion of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s).

    10. The Promoter may (acting reasonably)substitute any unavailable prize(s) with a prize of equal value and/or specification to the unavailable prize. Prize supplier’s terms and conditions apply.

    11. All prize winners for the Promotional Period will be notified by email and announced no later than 1 November 2024. Winners’ details will be published online at www.expo2024.bupa.com.au on 1 November 2024 (Publication Date). Prize(s) must be claimed within two (2) weeks of the Publication Date.

    12. Where the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct such further draws as necessary to reallocate the prize to another winner (Alternative Winner). The second chance draw to select the Alternative Winner will take place on 1 March 2025 at 33 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 by Nikki Aland (Head of Enterprise Connection & Engagement, C&TO). The Alternative Winner(s) will be advised via phone or email by 4 Feb 2025. Alternative Winner’s details will be published online at www.expo2024.bupa.com.au soon after. Prize(s) must be claimed within two (2) weeks of publication.

    13. Entrants consent to the Promoter using for any purpose the Winning Entrants’ name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, for an unlimited period of time without remuneration.

    14. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may (acting reasonably) to the extent permitted by law (a) disqualify the relevant Entrant or Entrants; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.

    15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

    Terms and Conditions

    5. Find the shooting stars to reach our Full Potential Competition: To enter the competition, Entrants must explore the Expo and find ten (10) locations to add into their star guide for ten (10) stars that will help us reach out full potential, during the Promotional Period. Entrants must add the name of the shooting star to their star guide, add their name and submit their completed card to the concierge, during the Promotional Period. Entrants must find all star names to be eligible with a chance to win. Only Entrants who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions can win.

    6. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Incorrect, incomplete, indecipherable, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.

    7. Each prize, including any portion of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s).

    11. The Promoter may (acting reasonably) substitute any unavailable prize(s) with a prize of equal value and/or specification to the unavailable prize. Prize supplier’s terms and conditions apply.

  • Customer Immersion Expo Survey Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Information on how to enter and all prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. The promoter is Bupa HI Holdings Pty Ltd ABN 19 129 951 855 of 33 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (the Promoter) and their related entities across Australia and New Zealand (Bupa).

    3. Entry is only open to Bupa APAC employees who attend the Bupa Customer Immersion Expo (in-person or virtually) (Event). People who enter the competition are “Entrants.”

    4. This promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on 14 October 2024 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on 01 November 2024 (Promotional Period).

    5. To enter this promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, complete an eligible participation survey that was sent to them by the Promoter in relation to their experience with the Event. Only Entrants who meet all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions can win. Any cost associated with entering this promotion is the Entrant’s responsibility.

    6. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Incorrect, incomplete, indecipherable, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.

    7. The Promoter may (acting reasonably) at any time verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and disqualify any Entrant who is ineligible, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    8. PRIZE DRAW: There will be one (1) prize draw for this promotion. Prize draw will take place at 33 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 on 1 November 2024 at 3pm (AEST). The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Nikki Aland (Head of Enterprise Engagement & Connection, C&TO) will select the winner (s).

    9. There are four (4) prizes to be given away. The first to fourth valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period will win a Google Nest valued at $100 inclusive of GST. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

    10. The total value of the prize pool is $400 inclusive of GST and is valued as 19 August 2024. Unless otherwise stated, each prize, including any portion of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s).

    11. The Promoter may (acting reasonably) substitute any unavailable prize(s) with a prize of equal value and/or specification to the unavailable prize.

    12. All prize winners for the Promotional Period will be notified by email and announced no later than 4 December 2024 on www.expo2024.bupa.com.au. Prize must be claimed within two (2) weeks of the Publication Date.

    13. Where the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct such further draws as necessary to reallocate the prize to another winner (Alternative Winner). The second chance draw to select the Alternative Winner will take place at 33 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 on 1 February 2025 at 9am (AEST) by Nikki Aland (Head of Enterprise Engagement & Connection, C&TO). The Alternative Winner(s) will will be notified by email and announced no later than 4 March 2025 on www.expo2024.bupa.com.au. Prize(s) must be claimed within two (2) weeks of publication.

    14. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may (acting reasonably) to the extent permitted by law (a) disqualify the relevant Entrant or Entrants; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.

    15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

    16. The Promoter makes no express representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility in regard to the condition and/or fitness of the prize. The winner should look to the manufacturer or supplier for all warranties and claims.

    17. The Promoter collects each Entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

    18. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any Entrant.

    19. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information that the Entrants provide in connection with this promotion for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the Entrants. Entrants should direct any complaints, request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter will handle the information collected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and all other applicable privacy laws.
